These terms govern the visual production services assisted by artificial intelligence provided by Suppl'Eye.
Suppl'Eye offers the creation of product visuals, 3D staging, and retouching via generative AI tools supervised by human experts.
Unless otherwise stated in the quote, the final visuals delivered to the client are transferred to them for commercial use, subject to full payment of the service.
Suppl'Eye is committed to an obligation of means. The client is responsible for ensuring that they hold the rights to the physical products or base images provided for the creation of visuals.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions is subject to French law.
